• Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests with professionalism
• Manage calls, DMs, & online scheduling
• Track & organize inventory
• Upsell retail & refreshments
• Support new team member onboarding
• Keep front desk & retail displays immaculate
• Compensation & Growth
• Base: $22–$23/hr (~$45–48K/year)
• Commission: 10% retail & beverage
• Performance bonuses
• Year 1 Target: ~$60K+
• Year 2: Promotion to Salon Manager / Operations Lead ($28–30/hr + higher bonuses)
• Ideal Candidate
• Experience in salon/spa/boutique hospitality
• Excellent communication & multitasking
• Organized, polished, proactive
• Vietnamese/English bilingual preferred ????
• Schedule
• Full-time, flexible 5–6 days/week
• Typical: 10am–7pm (Mon–Sat), 11am–5pm (Sun)
